We aim to be the primary service provider for the people and entities responsible for the care, movement, and long-term preservation of art and culture.

To that end, our CDL Art Transportation Drivers are responsible for ensuring the safe handling of artwork, during transit, from one Crozier facility to another. In addition, the candidate will be assisting with the loading and unloading of freight, ensuring the integrity of all artworks stays intact.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Handle and move artworks, including wrapping, packing and crating using appropriate techniques and materials

Planning the organization, load/unload trucks to ensure safe transit

Conduct inspection reports for various types of art objects.

Act as liaison while onsite between clients and company management.

Safely operate company vehicles and transport artwork to multiple locations in the US

Maintain compliance with all local, state, DOT regulations

Perform all required truck inspections.

QUALIFICATIONS

At least 21 years old with a valid CDL driver’s license and good driving record

At least one year of route transportation experience preferred

Pass pre-employment substance abuse screening, background check, and DOT physical

Demonstrate safe, efficient driving skills and maintain all security procedures

Exhibit strong customer service and verbal communication

Grip, lift, push, pull, carry recycling bins over, up, and down inclines, stairs, and surfaces

Lift at least 70 pounds; push/pull bins 25 to 350 pounds, average weight 170 pounds

Walk, stand, and sit for extended periods of time
