  • Development Lead to work across multiple scrum teams

Key Areas of Responsibility Analyze and identify gaps in functional/business requirements and should be able to effectively communicate with both Business and Functional analysts on the same. Must have good understanding of Overall SFDC Architecture & landscape Must have in depth technical knowledge in SFDC configuration, customization, programming with APEX, APIS, APEX Web services, APEX Triggers, and implementing new instances of Salesforce.com Should be able to perform independent code reviews and execute unit tests on modules developed by self-Hands on experience with Salesforce.com web services, WSDL and other Integration aspects is desirable

  • The Technical lead will lead a team of developers, admins and testers within one or two scrum teams.

  • The Tech lead will be partnering with the scrum team/s, solution architects on designing and solutioning the features and users stories assigned to the team

  • The technical lead will be accountable for the code, structure, develop and deliver by the team

  • The technical lead will be demoing the team members deliverables by end of each scrum (every 2 weeks)

  • Design and develop reusable code using the Salesforce.com developer toolkit

  • Good development experience on Lightning, Visualforce, Apex and Triggers

  • Should have experience in integrating with 3rd party system

  • Candidate must have completed at least 2-4 end to end Salesforce Implementations successfully

  • Must be proficient in SOQL, HTML, XML, JavaScript, SOAP-based web services

  • Assist release management with code versioning and perform automated build and deploys using CICD tools

  • Good communication skills. Must be able to manage interactions with various stakeholders across multiple countries.

  • Should be a SFDC Developer 401/501 certified

Skills Required

  • At least 8 years of experience in Salesforce hands on technical experience

  • Experienced in Agile development methodology is a must

  • Experience in sizing features, user stories and story points producing detailed technical design

  • Configuring/ Building functionalities in Salesforce both native and custom

  • Experience using or administering the Salesforce product suite, including Sales, Service, Communities, Marketing, eCommerce, CPQ and Billing

  • Experience in building test scripts supporting the user stories

  • Proven ability leveraging analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.

  • Fluency in core architecture principles and design best practices

  • Ability to adjust to rapid change in priorities, timelines, or technical constraints

  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, both orally and in writing.

  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks use initiative and be self-directed to meet deadlines.

  • Comfortable working with remote teams and vendor resources spread

Qualification Required

  • BE IT or CS

  • Any Salesforce certification will be a plus
