Summary:

Iron Mountain’s Global Technology Organization is looking for a Director of Digital Solutions who will be responsible for building and implementing enterprise-scale digital platforms and solutions for our customers.

As a leader in Product Engineering, you'll combine your years of proven expertise with a driveto create innovative technology with solid engineering practices. You'll lead a highly inspired andinquisitive team of technologists, engineers, and architects who aredeveloping and deploying applications to the highest standards.

The ideal candidate would have the ability to attract, recruit, and retain the industry's best talent, andhave the technical skills to effectively guide and participate in architectural discussions, technologyroadmaps, and decisions to ensure we build impactful, compelling, and scalable solutions. The role is responsible for maintaining our competitive positioning to ensurethat we have the best in class overall Digital solution offerings for our clients.

Experience Required:

  • 12+ years of overall experience

  • 5+ years of leadership experience

  • Prior experience managing a team size of 20+ engineers

  • Prior experience building and architecting enterprise scale platforms and solutions

  • Prior experience with cloud infrastructure (GCP, AWS, and Azure) and building cloud native solutions, as well as migrating legacy applications to the cloud

  • Ability to successful ensure delivery of a large portfolio of initiatives using SAFE (scaled agile framework)

  • Act as resident expert on digital solutions for unstructured data processing, taking part in discussions with product management, business operations, sales / pre-sales teams and direct customer-facing meetings

  • Experience with digitization tools such as Kofax, KTA/KTM

  • Experience with CSP and ECM systems, or other document management systems

  • Experience with automation tools and and RPA solutions such as UiPath a plus

  • Building experience 3 tiered applications and deploying globally

  • Experience with building and deploying SaaS platforms/products

  • Strong knowledge of Microservices Architecture and Design

  • The position requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders in product management, IT, marketing, and sales teams

  • Experience building and implementing a standard technology toolset globally

  • Prior experience driving technology transformation initiatives is a plus

Education:

-Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or other related field required

-MBA is a plus
