Technical Senior Program Manager

Job Summary:

InSight is a cutting-edge AI enablement platform that applies industry leading ML tools, including custom models, to classify and extract entities from structured and unstructured content (Document Images, Audio and Video files, Other data files and sources).

The Manager - Project Management Office - Insight will provide overall, long-term coordination and management to company technical projects from initiation through delivery for new and existing customers. Establish effective communication with managers across technical and non-technical departments in order to identify key plan tasks and due dates. This manager will be involved in planning and managing project schedule and budget, and ensuring technical projects follow plans, remain on schedule and within budget.

This key role requires working directly with customers and internal teams, while maintaining professionalism and decorum as a leading representative of the Iron Mountain InSight team.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Collaborate with leaders at various levels to ensure technical project management- related activities support the strategic objectives of the company

  • Responsible for planning and delivering successful InSight solutions and seamlessly transitioning the customer to account management and L3 support teams.

  • Leads a team of assigned technical resources through the InSight Implementation / Onboarding Process, including customer requirements, solution design, solution development, and testing activities.

  • Analyze, plan and develop requirements and standards in reference to scheduled project

  • Hosts and leads technical requirement gathering sessions with internal and external participants

  • Contribute actively to the development of tools and enhancements to standardize and automate processes and procedures for onboarding customers.

  • Analyzes and resolves issues. Escalates issues to senior management when required.

  • Supports and promotes Iron Mountain core values.

Responsibility and Authority:

  • Responsible for reporting on all ongoing implementations of InSight project to executive management; including risk management

  • Responsible for the timely and successful implementation of InSight projects.

  • Responsible for the transition of the customer to account management and L3 support.

  • Responsible for training newly hired team members.

  • Responsible for identifying, resolving, and when necessary, escalating any issues that may be impeding the success of the project.

Functional Knowledge Skills & Competencies:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Management or related field preferred

Skills:

  • Strong project management/process background, 5+ years’ experience with a wide variety of methodologies, able to help lead general process direction

  • Proficient with oral and written communication including presentation to large groups

  • Leadership skills

  • Attention to detail (both oral and written)

  • Effective time & prioritization management

  • Ability to manage/work well with the team and efficiently distribute expertise

  • Strong technical background and sound understanding of enterprise technical solutions including networking, storage, hardware, and software layers

  • Ability to grasp new technical concepts quickly

  • Familiar with Content Services Platforms

  • Business Process Management

  • Experience in Agile software development methodology (Mandatory)

  • Image Capture Technologies

  • Robotics Process Automation

  • AI using Machine Learning and Deep Learning models

  • Scrum Master Experience

Prior Work Experience:

  • Requires 5 plus years of proven project management experience in a matrix environment, utilizing agile SDLC methodology

  • Requires 5 plus year of experience managing implementation of highly technical, enterprise level technical solutions

  • 5 plus years progressive technical experience implementing enterprise digitization solutions involving data capture, business processing management, and enterprise content management.

  • 2 plus years experience as a scrum master

  • Experience within the outsourcing, SaaS, or hosted solutions industry a plus

  • Experiencing delivering solutions on Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) a plus
