The QA Engineer will be in the “Records Management as a Service” (RMaaS) Emerging Commercial Solutions organization working on the InSight Implementation. Iron Mountain InSight™ is a content services platform that provides actionable business insights and predictive analytics through Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI). This newly created and critical organization will be instrumental in supporting Iron Mountain customers’ digital transformation and expanding Iron Mountain's relevance as a global Information Management Services provider.
The InSight OnSite QA Engineer will provide design and delivery of Test Plans and functional tests within the agile development lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience testing web service applications with REST interfaces. A candidate with experience in automating cloud applications is highly desired.
Participate in design discussions about the technical implementation and consider the tradeoffs to support business value, scalability and delivery timeline.
Develop QA Test Plans and write functional test cases that meet the requirements
Design and build easily maintainable Test framework and reusable test scripts
Execute and validate the developed solution meets the business requirements
Perform Functional and Regression testing as needed on various components.
Must have demonstrable good experience in Software application testing
Must have 3 years of experience developing Test plans and writing Test Cases
2 Years preferred JMeter experience running with web services and handling authorization challenges
Must have Strong communication, collaboration and problem solving skills with a track record of delivering production grade systems in a team environment
Understanding of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) APIs and services is highly desired
Experience testing Machine Learning / AI applications
Motivated individual who learns quickly, has pride in building a new product and can engage others to accelerate technical solutions
Experience in working with distributed teams
3 years of experience working with agile scrum methodologies and bug creation in tools like JIRA
BS from accredited/recognized university
