We have an exciting new opportunity for a Software Developer responsible for developing, maintaining and supporting our data capture and Enterprise Content Management (ECM) products and solutions. You will be a technical point of contact for colleagues, providing guidance and support on software including production issues and implementing solutions for improvement.
What you will do
Implementing improvements of new and existing digital solutions.
Standardise, automate and simplify new and existing digital solutions.
Ensure the documentation is accurate and up-to-date throughout the whole process.
Identify and evaluate innovative and alternative approaches.
Provide customer-specific solutions.
Support Lean management.
Compliance with Iron Mountains SOPs.
Proactive performance tuning regarding input to and develop improvements in the team’s quality and efficiency.
Stay current and up to date within own technical domain and processes.
What you will bring to Iron Mountain
Relevant hands-on software development experience with C# and Visual Basic.Net.
Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, Windows Forms, JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket and Git beneficial but not essential.
Experience with Scrum/Agile development methodologies.
Strong initiative and quality oriented mind-set.
Team player, self-motivated, eager to learn and result oriented.
Strong attention to detail and be able to think outside the box.
Ability to implement reliable, scalable solutions.
Analytical mind, proactive, problem solver, independent.
Ability to work under pressure.
